Office Information

CPRS in Lancaster is conveniently located on Granite Run Drive, which is between Manheim and Fruitville Pike. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

In addition to these specific services, our office also works closely with several local school districts including: School District of Lancaster, Manheim Township, and Lancaster Mennonite. For more information, please call our office at 717-560-2917.




Olivia Bolen, DPT

Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist 




 

Olivia Bolen PT, DPT, is a physical therapist native to Lititz, PA. She graduated from Manheim Township High School before moving on to both undergrad and doctoral studies at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Olivia is a versatile therapist with experience in both hospital based and out-patient orthopedics. Her clinical experience ranges from working with joint replacements, concussion/ vertigo, through high- level competitive athletes. Working alongside some of the best MD’s in the New York Metro Area, Olivia gained valuable experience that she is excited to put to work.

Jerry Rush MPT, OCS, CEAS is a physical therapist and Vice President of Operations South with CPRS.  Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a physical therapist since 2002.  A native of the Pittsburgh area, he earned is undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University.  He is an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Jerry is a past recipient of the national LAMPLighter Award through the HPA section of the American Physical Therapy Association.  The award recognizes those who have affected significant change in the physical therapy field through formal or informal leadership.  Jerry is a member of the APTA and serves as secretary for the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice Special Interest Group.  He resides in Lititz with his family. 


Caitlin Sigle,PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant



 
Caitlin Sigle, PTA has been with CPRS since 2014. She is a graduate of Warwick High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University and her PTA degree from Central Penn College. Caitlin currently resides in Lititz with her husband and two children. She enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.
